Dr. Koutnouyan is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who joined the practice in 1997. He graduated with honors from the University of California at Riverside and received his medical education at the University of California, San Diego.  

He completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the Kaiser Permamemte Medical Center in Oakland, California. Dr. Koutnouyan incorporates a function approach in treating a broad spectrum of adult and pediatric ENT conditions. These include nutritional, lifestyle and whole body assessment and interventions as appropriate. His particular interests include snoring and sleep apnea, pediatric ear and throat infections, nasal allergies and sinus conditions, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, voice disorders and rehabilitating hearing loss in the elderly.
